Processing Times

Our products come from a mix of carefully selected makers and our own studio. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly by item.

  • Most items ship within 3–7 business days.
  • Some specialty or made‑to‑order pieces may require a little extra time.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure the quickest delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and your location.

Multiple‑Package Orders

To get your items to you as efficiently as possible, your order may be fulfilled from more than one location. This means:

  • Items may ship separately
  • Each package will have its own tracking number
  • You will not be charged extra for split shipments

Delivery Issues

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
